A short while ago , by making our very first and awesomely delicious #persian_cream_roll we tapped into a hidden talent that had been lying dormant in us for so many years ... LOL So this week , we went ahead and made these scrumptious cream layered delicacies , topped with a dusting of icing sugar and crushed pistachios . We are so very pleased with the outcome ... and yet it feels like we've opened Pandora's box !

Pitt-Addington Marsh

Afternoon biking Pitt-Addington Marsh

This afternoon, I decided to go on a new biking route.

I went to Pitt-Addington Marsh where we went hiking with Fardis and Ara last Saturday.

When I passed Pitt River Bridge my GPS directed me to go on the Canadian trail but I can’t do that as my bike is a road bike with 110 PSI tire pressure. I decided to use the street route instead.

After a while, I was back on the Candian trail that was a gravel and grass route.

Finally, I got to Pitt-Addington Marsh around at 5 PM.
